Studio360 cycle – Studio360 Unley
Starting your fitness journey can raise a lot of questions.
We’re here to help — no question is too small.
Unfortunately as you are unable to supervise your children whilst inside the studio, any child 12 years and under can not wait in the studio without supervision from a parent or guardian. Our reception crew already have their hands full so please respect this rule. Thank you for your understanding.
The minimum age for Riders is 16 years. We apologise there are no exceptions to this rule due to insurance reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
Yay! Here’s how you do it.1. Download the Studio360 Cycle App from the app store2. Create a profile3. Purchase RIDE credits (credit packages or memberships available) 4. Book yourself a RIDE, and select which bike you want to be on5. We’ll see you in the Studio
We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Rides must be cancelled 12 hours before the ride start time for the credit to be automatically refunded to your account. Rides cancelled within this time can still be refunded, however you will need to get in contact with us. RULES TO RIDE BY #6: COMMITMENT – If you book a ride you have made a commitment to us and yourself. So show up and ride!
We do. Having a 360 club membership is the best way to ride if you want to ride regularly. You can sign up for a RIDER membership online by hitting the memberships tab. Once your membership is processed you will receive unlimited rides every week as well as discounted smoothies and merch. There are no sign up fees, cancellation fees or lock in contracts.
As our rides are low impact, you’ll be able to ride depending on your type of injury, or stage of your pregnancy. Please ask your doctor before riding if you have an injury or other condition, and you must inform our coaches prior to starting the ride.
The Studio has on-site toilet facilities, changing rooms and shower facilities. There is also a smoothie shop where you can order smoothies before your ride. They will be made ready for you when you finish. In our reception area you will also find a dedicated warm-up/cool-down area, where we recommend you stretch for at least 10 minutes both prior to and after each ride. For any tips on what exercises to do, just ask our coaches!
Each class will have you working hard, so wear something you will be comfortable in! This may include singlets, tanks, crops or t-shirts, leggings and shorts. All riders must also bring their own socks to wear with their Studio360 Cycle shoes. Riders will not be allowed to ride barefeet in the shoes, so we recommend wearing sneakers to and from the studio so you don’t forget
Absolutely! Studio360 Cycle rides are low impact, easy to follow, and super fun, so will be a great introduction back into a fitness routine if it’s been a while. Additionally, you choose your level throughout the class. Our coaches will recommend a resistance range to ride in for each track, but you can always take it easy for your first few times. Please let your coach know if you are a beginner!
You must bring your own water bottle and a sweat towel, but we will have water stations where you can fill up your bottle. You can also purchase water from Reception. You will need a drink, we work hard.
Our bikes will fit Look Keo Cleats or SPD, so if you have those, feel free to bring them along! Otherwise we have spin shoes for you at no extra cost!
Once you arrive at the studio, you can place your belongings in our locker areas. We recommend you lightly stretch in our warm up/cool down area. Your shoes will be waiting for you, just look for the pigeon hole number corresponding to the number of the bike you have booked for the class! Put your shoes on, head in to the studio, make your bike adjustments and get ready to ride!
Unfortunately classes can’t be transferred between RIDERS.
