MEET OUR TEAM
Every rider is different, and so our instructors! From the music they play, to the way they indulge, each of the Studio360 instructors has their own unique style that shines through in every class they teach. One thing they can all agree on is a complete passion for fitness, and helping all our riders get the best result from their time in the studio.
Krissy started her life in the fitness business 10 years ago, fresh faced and eager to build her passion into a career. Over the last 10 years she has taught more classes then she could ever count and still loves it more than ever. Sam and Krissy met in 2011, and after years of dreaming big, in 2016 Studio360 Cycle was created.

Sam started his indoor cycling journey 8 years ago, and along the way had the idea of his own brand of freestyle cycling, where you could have new music everyday. Sam taught on cruise ships all over the world before moving to New York in 2015 to work with Flywheel Indoor Cycling. Sam has brought the best qualities from every style of indoor cycling he has every taught to create Studio360 Cycle alongside Krissy!

After completing an Exercise and Sport Science degree at Exeter University in the UK, Tom worked as an exercise instructor and started teaching spin classes. He developed his own approach and style, putting together the music he liked with drills based on different forms of fitness. His approach hasn’t changed, but with over 7 years’ experience in different gyms and studios, he knows what cyclist’s respond well to, and which tracks work to create a varied, challenging workout.
In Tom's classes you'll hear... big beat dance floor favourites to keep the pace of the class changing. Tom's a bit of a metal head too, so don’t be surprised to find the odd headbanger thrown in to the mix!
Riders describe Tom as... genuine and with a personalised approach to classes. Tom appreciates those 45 minutes in the saddle are precious to people, so you owe it to them to make it rewarding.
Tom's favourite artists are... Fatboy Slim, Propellerheads, The Prodigy, The Crystal Method and Calvin Harris.
Tom indulges in... a box of Lindt chocolate, or a Copenhagens ice cream. A Coopers pale ale or two goes down smooth on the weekend too!
