Forget what you think you know about spin classes. Studio 360 won't make you bulky, and it's not just a workout for people who like to cycle. Our classes provide a high intensity, cardio based workout, that not just focusses on the biggest muscle group of your body, but will provide a balanced whole body workout with our incorporation of upper body weight work. We're proud to be part of a global movement that is discovering how beneficial spin fitness can be, so we're here for you all to try it.

Why Studio360? It's time to change the way you move. Our classes are not just incredible for your personal fitness, but plenty of fun too. We want all of our riders to be part of our community that's passionate about fitness, encouraging each other to do our best, and maybe a little bit of healthy competition thrown in there! With a maximum of 40 riders per class, with each rider getting a full view of the instructor, no one will get left behind not knowing what to do. The combination of our instructor's guidance and our TECHPACs delivering you live information will allow you to improve with every class.

This isn't just a gym. Our team will be with you every step of the way, from the first time you send us an email or see us on Facebook, to locking into your bike at your first class. We're excited to show you what we're all about, and be a part of your personal fitness. Whether you're a member or a casual rider, you'll receive careful guidance, instruction, and bikeloads of motivation everytime you step into our studio.

Yay! Here’s how you do it.
1. Download the Studio360 Cycle App from the app store
2. Create a profile
3. Purchase class credits (credit packages available) – your first class is on us though!
4. Book yourself a class, and select which bike you want to be on
5. We’ll see you in the Studio!

We do. Memberships are available at a foundation price for a limited time only. Come and see us in the studio during opening hours to sign up. Once your membership is processed you will receive unlimited classes for 12 months.

Unfortunately classes can’t be transferred between riders.

Once you arrive at the studio, you can place your belongings in our locker areas. We recommend you lightly stretch in our warm up/cool down area. Your shoes will be waiting for you, just look for the pidgeon hole number corresponding to the number of the bike you have booked for the class! Put your shoes on, head in to the studio, make your bike adjustments and get ready to ride!

We use Look Keo Cleats, so if you have those, feel free to bring them along!

You must bring your own water bottle, but we will have water stations where you can fill up your bottle. You can also purchase water from Reception.

Class bookings must be cancelled a minimum 12 hours prior in order to gain a refund. Cancellations less than 12 hours prior will not incur a refund. If you must cancel for unforeseen emergencies, please let us know and we can assist.

Absolutely! Studio360 Cycle classes are low impact, easy to follow, and super fun, so will be a great introduction back into a fitness routine if it’s been a while. Additionally, you choose your level throughout the class. Our instructors will recommend a resistance range to ride in for each track, but you can always take it easy for your first few times. Please let our instructor know if you are a beginner!

Each class will have you working hard, so all riders are required to wear clean, appropriate active wear for every class. This includes singlets, tanks, crops or t-shirts, leggings and shorts. Tight clothing is recommended but not essential.
All riders must also bring their own socks to wear with their Studio360 Cycle shoes. Riders will not be allowed to ride barefeet in the shoes, so we recommend wearing sneakers to and from the studio so you don’t forget

The Studio has on-site toilet facilities and a changing room. Please note no shower facilities are available.
In our reception area you will also find a dedicated warm-up/cool-down area, where we recommend you stretch for at least 10 minutes both prior to and after each class. For any tips on what exercises to do, just ask our instructors!

As our classes are low impact, you’ll be able to ride depending on your type of injury, or stage of your pregnancy. Please ask your doctor before riding if you have an injury or other condition, and you must inform our instructors prior to starting the class.
